Native of Finland, I've also lived in Washington, DC (USA).

I've been interested in alternative styles all my life, started dressing in such way about 6-7 years ago.
I like crafting, and I make my cyberlox falls and fringes myself. I also make synthetic dreads, but most of the dreads in my pictures are store-bought.

I do not consider myself an artist. I just do what I enjoy doing and if I'm somewhat satisfied with it, it ends up here on dA. I am a creative person but sadly I have very little talent and skill.

Journal skins and stamps excluded, I can't create digital art or manipulate photos to save my life. "Little more contrast here, little less colour there" is all I can do.
Most of my alternative style photos are self portraits which explains the angles, crops and blurriness of the pictures.
I read every comment and note I get, but I don't have time to reply to every "cute pic, great shot" comment. Sorry about this!

I try to thank everyone (unless they don't like it, or if I have thanked them recently or if I remember they watch me), I try to reply to everyone, and I do give out llamas but I do not give a watch for watch. I only watch people whose artwork I find interesting and who I think will continue on producing great artwork. I am not likely to watch someone out of mere politeness.

Yesterday, I made a video for Tumblr about how western beauty standards affect the world of subcultures. If you've ever felt like you're not accepted in the alternative communities or if you feel left out because of your looks, I hope this is something you can relate to. The video is quite self-explanatory and it's based on my own observations over the years.

Corsets, fishnets, fake dreads, music
Unintentional cuteness, semi-artistic skills, head full of song lyrics and foreign words. A real life Nemi, or so I've been told.

I like to look at complicated art, but I enjoy making simple designs. I'm studying to become a miliner (maker of hats, scarves, bags and other accessories).

I'm not a faerie but I needed more than this life so I became this creature representing more to you than just another girl. And if I had a chance to change my mind, I wouldn't for the world.

Being a weird-ass cyber-something doesn't mean you can't be a proud life-long Michael Jackson fan.
